With one and half hour delay at the airport in Berlin, we finally arrived in Madrid. First impression was the long trip with the subway from the airport to the station Príncipe Pío. After switching the train lines two times we saw daylight again and with the help of an elderly lady we found immediately our street with the apartment of our friend Ivan. In the evening we ate our first typical Spanish meal, sausages with potatoes and then went on a long walk and watching the sunset from a higher point of Madrid.
